We are looking for:

 

LINE COOK

 

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Food Preparation

  • Rotate between Hot and Cold Stations:

    • Hot Station: Saute, Fry, Grill, and Roast

    • Cold Station: Chop, Slice, Salad and Sandwich Prep, Final Plating

  • Handle Inventory

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified in any cookery or culinary course or at least 3 years of experience in cooking

  • With experience in grilling and roasting

  • Willing to be trained for other positions in the future

  • Meticulous in the work

  • Fair English communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
