  1. Demonstrates agility in steering the organizational culture to support the business.

  2. Well-rounded HR practitioner for 35 years.

  3. Demonstrates strategic competence in planning, managing, and implementing human resource activities.

  4. With exposure in leading any type of business transformation will be a leverage.

  5. Demonstrates leadership competence in executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

  6. Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team.

  7. Executes the responsibilities of a company leader according to lawful and ethical standards, as referenced in the Creative Cuisine Group Code of Business Ethics.
