  • Create and execute project work plans to meet changing project needs and requirements while minimizing risks

  • Understand the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and client interaction

  • Ensure that projects deliveries meet client quality requirements, and delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

  • Escalate quality concerns to appropriate stakeholders and enforce quality standards

  • Organize/participate in calls and meetings related to projects handled

  • Maintain good working relationship with clients and project stakeholders

  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and misunderstandings in an efficient way

  • Understand pricing models, billing procedures, and budgeting

  • Proactively identify issues, work towards resolution or escalation as necessary

  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

  • Monitor specific KPIs and provide updates to management team and colleagues on customer/project status

  • Train and evaluate junior team member progress

  • Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members


  • Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Suite tools

  • 2 - 3 years experience as Junior Project Manager level OR 1 - 2 years PM

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools or large-scale project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • High level attention to details and solution-oriented mindset

  • Commitment to delivering high quality output

  • Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment

  • Highly organized and has excellent time management skills

  • Ability to prepare and quickly interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

  • Client-facing experience (email, conference calls, etc)

  • Knowledge with risk management and quality assurance control

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays

  • E-com: basic knowledge in content management systems (e.g. Salesforce, Sitecore) and E-commerce culture, knowledge on Digital Marketing concepts is preferred

  • Content Factory: basic knowledge with DTP/newsletter/videos/graphics/web design production, basic knowledge on Adobe tools is preferred

  • Translation-localization: basic knowledge on translation, CMS (e.g. AEM, Drupal, Magento, etc), knowledge on localization project concepts is preferred
