JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry or any Engineering field

• Knowledgeable in Wastewater Treatment & Water Treatment is an advantage

• With driver’s license is an advantage

• Hardworking

• Field experience is an advantage

• Has good communication skills both oral and written, computer literate

• Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency.

• Must be resourceful, proactive, and aggressive

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing a high level of integrity

• Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the company

• Design new engineering products and processes

• Craft models and drawings of products

• Analyze prototype data and retest if needed

• Research new product ideas and methods

• Improve existing products and processes

• Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety standards

• Maintain accurate records

• Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly

• Write detailed reports

• Find creative design solutions to problems

• Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers
