ANALYST, TREASURY

Responsibilities:

• Opening/Closing and modification of external banks and intercompany accounts Inventory of external bank accounts

• Manage the assignment and withdrawal of user authorizations Capturing cash inflows and outflows from different

• Legal Entities for both local and foreign currencies into the Global Treasury System (GTS)

• Plausibility checks of financial transactions received from different Legal Entities

• Verification and confirmation of deals captured by the Traders

• Updating base rates and spreads & submission of reports to legal entities Capturing daily and monthly bank balances into the Global Treasury System (GTS)

• Setting up of Credit Facility

• Setting up reminders and updating bank guarantee before the expiry date

• Input of Data from Financial Statement in Exposure Management Tool (EMT) Administration of List of Authorized Dealers & List of Authorized Signatories

• Identify and communicate to responsible parties the necessary process updates.

• Participate in process documentation and participate in knowledge exchange according to set standards.

• Responsible for revisions of DTPs and PFCs Responsible in the daily operational steering as well as process query within the assigned core team

• KPI reports and other standard reports

• Contact partner and responsible for day-to-day problem solving and escalation

• Identify and communicate to the responsible party necessary process updates. Participate in process documentation and participate in knowledge exchange according to set standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Treasury, or related field

• Good knowledge and experience in Treasury, finance and accounting processes and their IT co-relation in SAP, other systems and interfaces

• Knowledge in the entire Treasury and accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes

• Preferably knowledgeable in Genesis and Global Treasury System (GTS)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Self-motivated and self-directed

• Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations

• Ability to meet customer demands in conformity with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Demonstrates ability to work productively and maintain an effective relationships in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

• Prepared to assume challenges efficiently, and focused on fulfilling objectives

• Ability to work under pressure Proactive nature and flexibility to possible changes or new tasks and responsibilities Attention to detail

• At least 1 Year of Relevant Industry Experience .

• Experience in Treasury is a plus

• Experience in Customer service activities.

• Experience in Treasury, Accounting/Finance Shared Service industry is an advantage
