Is currently looking for:

 

KOREAN LANGUAGE SUPPORT

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Invoice verification of Services

  • Identify the correct type of invoice (e.g. Patent, GLC, Special Buy and Services)

  • Perform formal check based on the invoice type

  • Process 3-way matching

  • Determine the correct contact person for confirmation of service performance, verification inquiry, price, and functional approval

  • Determine GL accounts and controlling objects

  • Performs price checks depending on the PO document type

  • Determine the validity of the contract

  • Analyze and resolve price and quantity differences between the contract/pricelist/offer and invoice

  • Analyze and resolve double invoicing

  • Analyze and resolve incorrect plant assignment

  • Analyze, calculate and resolve quantity and price differences for multiple FAS Rapport

  • Analyze and resolve specific tax issues and central bank indicator

  • Identify error codes

  • Maintain the supplier profile

  • Communicate and coordinate with the AP Team for issues encountered

  • Update excel trackers and log sheets when necessary

  • Participate in process documentation and participate in knowledge exchange according to set standards

  • Identify areas for process improvements

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • Supports the delivery of daily business operations and the Finance and Accounting Operations teams, particularly for language-dependent processes performed for the subsidiary client based in South Korea

  • Performs occasional client interaction verbally or through correspondence

  • Conducts occasional language training with his/her team members to increase language proficiency and contribute to process stabilization, continuous improvement, and increased customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least intermediate level KOREAN Proficiency, READING, WRITING AND SPOKEN

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferable discipline areas would be in Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking, Finance and/or Economics, but not mandatory

  • Preferably with at least 1-year general work experience in a business or office environment

  • Basic level and some experience in Excel (Knowledge, experience, and application)

  • Basic level and some experience in MS Office use
