SR. HR SPECIALIST FOR BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

 

Facilitate the implementation of Rewards programs and plans and execute its day-day operations in the area of Compensation, Benefits, Wellbeing, Welfare, and Performance Mgt.   Perform market data research analyses, recommends program design, job design and evaluation as applicable or recommend workflow and improvement process. Support and adhere to total rewards, recognition, philosophy, and policies.  Perform any of the following sub-functions as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Behavioral, Business or other related course

  • With minimum 2 years work experience in benefits administration as a supervisor

  • Knowledge and understanding of Reward Operations and Programs
