LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for performing management functions of planning, leading, organizing and controlling with the view of being able to create, design, lead and deliver effective learning and development programs and solutions adhering to quality standards, effectiveness and cost-efficiency, drives the talent development and leadership programs in close coordinate with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to address organization’s leadership needs, and contributes in all aspects of organizational design, change and transition management, and other intervention programs and initiatives with the overall objective of improving the organizational culture and health of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field but preference is given to communication, business, human resources or psychology
Holds a certification through one of the various associations for human resources professionals and talent development (e.g. Certification in Facilitation and Trainer’s Training Methodology, Certification in OD)
Knowledge of learning theories and approaches adult learning theories, instructional designs, learning technologies, facilitation and delivery of training solutions, and evaluation, organization development interventions
Knowledge in leadership development planning (e.g. hi-po development programs), succession planning programs and techniques
3-5 years relevant experience in the field of training, learning, employee development and or organization development; with at least 3 years in managerial capacity or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Filipino
Advanced skills level in technology orientation, such MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, content development tools
