We urgently need:

COMPANY NURSE

Department/Section: Human Resources/Admin 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing 

• Registered Nurse

Salary range: 20-25K

Experience:

• 2 years minimum nursing experience in manufacturing company nurse

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel 

• With good interpersonal communication 

Basic Job Responsibilities 

• Assumes over-all responsibility for in-plant Medical Services and monitors employees’ health status.  

• Carries out tasks involving typing, filing, communication and performs other tasks to support the effective management of the HR/Admin functions. 

Specific Job Responsibilities 

• Provides clinical services which include consultations, referrals to the Dentist / Physicians in their respective clinic, evaluation and accommodation of patient/employee for medical attention, in-plant dispensing of medicines, treatment and follow up including educational drive on health-related issues. 

• Coordinates with the Annual Physical examination program covering all employees. 

• Determines employee health status thru assistance to physician in history finding, care, and treatment of patient/employee and carrying out of physician’s order strictly. 

• Assists in the control and prevention of emergencies and spread of diseases or exposure to hazardous working conditions thru health awareness reminders and   posters, reporting of medical complications as discovered 

• Submits reports to government institutions on company implementation of government health Program, thus, ensuring company involvement on National Health Programs if any.

• Implements the company’s control system on health concerns thru the Fit for Work issuance. 

• Assist recruitment section in administering written exams, dexterity, and interpreting  pre-employment PE results and conducts eye test to applicants when required 

• Performs other related jobs which may be assigned
