Qualifications
Male or Female.
Must be an engineering graduate in any field.
2-4 years sales experience.
Has great communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly self-motivated.
Has a proven track record of successfully managing customer’s relationships.
Has an understanding of sales promotion strategies.
Has an outstanding presentation abilities and a polished appearance.
Has a willing attitude to be trained.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate unique sales plans.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Ensuring that sales quotas and targets are consistently met.
Reporting to management about sales made.
Updating records of customer communications and contract information.
Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
Establishing the technical needs of the customer.
Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that it can be easily understood.
Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
Compiling protocols and reports related to technical products.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales quotas and targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Willing to accepts other tasks assigned by top management and direct supervisor.
