OFFICE STAFF / SECRETARY

 

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Commerce, Accounting, or Business Ad

  • Female

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor emails and Facebook page for incoming and outgoing documents

  • Answers call in telephone and service phone of the company

  • Assist the other office staff in Admin Department

  • Assist the Liaison Officer for communication of government agencies.

  • Encoding Purchase Order request from project site
