OUTBOUND/INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our sales offer.
Answering questions about the service.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Go the extra mile to meet quotas and facilitate future sales.
Research, manage and maintain list of potential client bases and current customers.
Engage potential customers in dialogue that open opportunities Meet company expectations for excellent customer service.
Provide information regarding product/ service in an engaging manner.
Provide information regarding the products offered bt the client.
QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 1 year of BPO Experience and Outbound Sales or Hard Selling Experience
At least College level.
Excellent English Communication Skills With at least 30wpm (net speed)
Assertive/Confident/Aggressive
Excellent negotiation skills
Willing to work in graveyard shift
Willing to work in AS Fortuna Banilad, Mandaue City
