Is currently looking for:
GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANTS
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses
A CPA license is preferred but not required
With 3-4 years of experience in general accounting
Experience working in a BPO is a plus
Knowledgeable in US GAAP and IFRS
Has strong background in Fixed Asset, Cash Management, and Intercompany Accounting
Experienced with ERP Systems like SAP and Oracle
Adept at MS Office, especially MS Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
With LSS training is another plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of journal entries, allocations, and period-end adjustments
Balance sheet account reconciliation
Sub-ledger account variance analysis
Posting of and reconciling intercompany transactions
Performing consolidations and process streamlining
Monitoring and processing fixed-asset additions and capitalization, retirement and disposal, adjustments, revaluations, transfers, and maintenance expenses
Calculating and recording depreciation expense
Reconciling fixed-asset ledger
Providing fixed-asset data to support the tax, statutory reporting
Cash management and reconciliation
Providing internal and external audit support
Work Set-Up: Hybrid
Shifts: Mondays to Fridays
mid (2-11 PM), night (8 PM-5 AM) on month-end closing
Location: Cebu Business Park
Salary: 40-45K
