Job Summary:
 
Provide and answers customer technical support and assistance. And to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
 
Job Details:
Provides technical support for field technicians generally via phone.
Administers work and deployment schedule and assignments and supervises the progress of assignments of technical personnel.
Provide information and updates to Sales Executives concerning their client’s service activities.
Communicate clearly and effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers like installation activities, reported issues, and field services activities of our field technician by updating and keying in all this information to our database (TSMS).
Conduct basic troubleshooting via phone to all reported technical concerns to clients.
Receive and report unresolved client’s technical problems or concerns via phone to Technical personnel
Process advanced replacement printer units.
Report and process replacement and under warranty printer units.
Provide and process printer parts request by Technical personnel.
Request and ensure sufficient stocks of printer parts in the branch.
Provide reports weekly and monthly of technical activities.
Assigned PMS schedule of all service printer units deployed to clients.
Closed and verify clients of technical service activities
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics
Performs other related duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related course
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
Knowledgeable of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record filing
Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
Passionate, hard worker, and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask
Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients’ requests at a time
