Job description

Job Summary:

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and via phone calls and emails

• Researching prospects and generating leads

• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries

• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

• Gather market and customer information

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposal

• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints

• Create detailed proposal documents for the prospective clients

• Making sales order to the clients

Job Details:

• Responsible for the conduct of internal quality audit to verify that activities comply with Aiming to achieve a monthly goal or monthly quota

• Provide information and update customer information

• Maintain specific accounts sales and service requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

• With 6 months' experience in sales

• Patient

• Customer service and negotiation skills

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
