Job description

Job Summary:

In-house and field support technician, check and repair all kinds of printers.

Job Details:

• Check and repair all kinds of printers onsite / incite

• Install and demo all printer functions and features

• Report to technical coordinator 1 for an update on support

• Provide excellent customer service, answering the question and handling complaints from the client

• Gathers all printer and toner information and inputs it to TSMS as a service report

• See to it that the user is satisfied with the printer performance before leaving the customer’s premises

• If printer or toner is defective while onsite, pull out unit and turn over the item to technical coordinator 2

• If the toner is defective, the technician will call RND for an assessment

• Before replacing printer parts, the technician will call their immediate superior for assessment

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of computer science, information technology, or equivalent

• With or without experience 

• Knowledgeable in computer and printer troubleshooting

• Good communication skills

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
