Qualifications:

  • Female

  • Bachelors degree in psychology, BS/BA Human Resource Management, or sufficient exposure to HR functions.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Supervisor working experience.

  • Ability to develop & deliver HR strategies in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Possess leadership qualities to lead & motivate a team, interact with all levels within the company

  • Professional level in verbal & written communication skills.

  • Willing to multi-task & can handle work under pressure with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of all government statutory requirements/ compensation & benefits.
