HR-RECRUITMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of and has a strong interest in Psychology/ Industrial or Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development Management
With minimum 2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word)
Has strong work ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
Can work under pressure and multi-tasking task.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Performing reference and background checking.
Following up on the interview process status.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
