JR. SOURCING & RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing

  • Job Posting

  • Applicants Screening and Interviews

  • End to end Process of Recruitment

  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees

  • Manage Sourcing Database, come up with sourcing reports justifying job posting sources and recruitment initiatives for sourcing.

  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.

  • Organize recruitment events geared towards branding and sourcing.

  • Come up and propose a budget for Sourcing activities/strategies/platforms to meet targeted manpower requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in BS/AB Psychology/Human Resource, preferred but not required

  • At least 2 years experience in HR/Recruitment is preferred

  • Strong background in sourcing/recruitment marketing is a plus

  • Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people

  • Must have a strong personality

  • Willing to work in CEBU BUSINESS PARK
