PROCESS SYSTEM ENGINEER

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promoting the adaptation, advancement, and integration of lean concepts in the company and help employees learn and apply process improvement skills effectively.

• Demonstrate the value of continuous improvement through a series of projects that show tangible results for our stakeholders and external customers.

• Provides hands-on support on manufacturing Plants to maximize plant efficiency and To establish standard production rates and improve operational effectiveness through the Application of RGC Production System tools.

• Develops Expert In RGCPS Concept. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

1. Reviews existing processes, equipment, and layout and suggests or recommends and validate kaizen improvements.

2. Optimizes workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups to achieve optimum production Efficiency within limits of resource capability.

3. Support operations in identifying the root causes of failed metrics and developing action plans for improvement areas.

4. Support operations in the justification of resources and performance targets.

5. Responsible for standardizing forms, boards, Visual Designs, and templates of operations.

6. Responsible for cascading Standard processes and approved programs to operations.

7. Responsible for attending alignment meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient processes.

8. Responsible for conducting procedural and Systematic audits to ensure standards are met and compiled.

9. Consolidation of all documentation of the Standard system, Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Policies, and other official documents needed by the operations.

10. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports submitted by Operations.

11. Liable for the issuance of any non-compliance with the execution team in the system.

Project Implementation

1.  Develops the Project Plan with the team.

2. Provide Strategy and techniques and leads process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance.

3. Recommends revisions to operating methods, material handling, equipment layout, and other changes to increase production or improve standards.

4. Recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality and Capacity within the limits of resource capability.

5. Ensures effective and efficient handling of Operational Improvement Projects.

6. Reviews progress of ongoing projects and reports status to Corporate RGCPS Manager.

7. Monitor, Control, and Updates Status of RGCPS implementation based on the time table. Promotes process effectiveness. Ensures adherence to policies, practices, and standards

Training

1. Conducts Process Trainings, RGCPS Modules, Performance Management Execution trainings, and related trainings.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Industrial engineering degree/equivalent knowledge and shares diverse engineering experiences

• Basic Knowledge In Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge in Conducting Time and Motion Study.

• Knowledge in 7 QC Tools.

• Keen Observer/Mind.

• Strong Leadership/Personality.

• Good Communication Skills.

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Cites key benefits, drawbacks, and rationale for industrial engineering standards, policies, and practices.

• Analytical and conceptual thinking
