We are looking for:





  • College graduate

  • Must be a Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Professional letter writing emails

  • With 1 to 3 years relevant experience

  • Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations.

  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail


  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers.

  • Process credit memo

  • Prepare account statements for customers

  • Follow up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries

  • Monitors all payments and prepares weekly and monthly billing reports.

  • Manages account balances and resolves inconsistencies.

  • Assists accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.

  • Updates accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances and customer contact information
