CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | FINANCIAL ACCOUNT
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have Good English Communications skills both in verbal and written.
Must have completed at least 2 years in college (with no back subject/s; technically incoming 3rd year); or a graduate of 2-year Associate degree.
Must be amenable to work on a hybrid setup - combined WFH and onsite, willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedule, work on holidays and weekends.
Must have at least 25MBPS wired-plan internet connection for own utilization – meaning not shared during working hours.
Must have an available phone either Android or IOS with OS version 8 and above.
Must be residing within Cebu province (non-island; can only be reached through land transportation)
Open to candidates without BPO experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Card(s);
Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts;
Make use of problem-solving/decision-making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;
Utilize professional techniques to generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and/or product marketing;
Comply with over-all call quality standards;
Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and Policies, especially on Time and Attendance.
