DRIVER

 

Job Description:

  1. Deliver finished goods or materials from other plant to assigned destination.

  2. Picks-up raw materials or other goods from suppliers, clients or form assigned area/location.

  3. Coordinates with Purchasing Department Head regarding assigned schedules of pick-up or delivery.

  4. Maintains assigned vehicles; keeps vehicle always clean and in good condition.

  5. Observes traffic rules and regulations and maximum speed up limit as prescribed by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

  6. Schedules routine check-up of the vehicles, routine check-up include but not limited to oil, brake functions, water lights & tire condition and the like.

  7. Monitors expiration and renewal of his driver’s license and vehicle registration renewal without causing any inconvenience to the client or the company schedule.

  8. Seeks approval from Purchasing/Production Planning Department Head before incurring any necessary expense for the maintenance of vehicle.
