TOYOFLEX CORPORATION was established in April 1973.

WHAT DOES TOYOFLEX DO?

Toyoflex develops, manufactures and sells products based on its core technology of mini-ropes.

Although not well known, mini-ropes are used for automobile, building materials, office automation equipment, leisure goods, medical materials, etc. in various scenes. Toyoflex provides world's top mini-ropes.

STRENGTH OF TOYOFLEX

One of the strengths of Toyoflex is that it has a consistent production system from materials to products with its technology of mini-ropes as its core.
In addition, Toyoflex can design, develop and produce unit products with the application of its core technology of mini-ropes, and manufactures and assembles parts in its own factories.

In April 1996, TOYOFLEX CORPORATION established Toyoflex Cebu Corporation (“Cebu Factory”) at the Mactan Export Manufacturing Zone in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, the Philippines.

In September 2013, Asahi Intecc Co. Ltd acquired all shares of Toyoflex Co., Ltd. (now in Shinjuku, Tokyo), making Toyoflex Co., Ltd. and Toyoflex Cebu Corporation wholly-owned consolidated subsidiaries and Toyoflex (H.K.) Co., Limited and Toyo Precision Industry (Huizhou) Limited non-consolidated subsidiaries.

Asahi Intecc develops, produces and sells various medical devices required for catheter treatment. Treatment areas where these devices are used is not limited to cardiovascular system areas but also extends to areas of the peripheral vascular system, abdominal vascular system, cerebrovascular system and other areas.

With our outstanding development capabilities and production technologies in the medical device field, we hold a high share not just in the Japanese market but also globally.

Using various stainless steel technologies that it has cultivated since its founding, Asahi Intecc supplies its clients with high-functioning, high-quality products as medical and industrial components. We are able to incorporate the demands of our clients through an integrated production system in which all production processes are conducted within the company from wire drawing to terminal processing and as such we supply highly reliable products.
