Housekeeping Supervisor

II. About The Role: Housekeeping Supervisor - Will be assigned in El Mar Resort in Sogod, Cebu.

Job Summary

• To ensure the overall housekeeping services are well-maintained in accordance with; company policies, and in compliance with DOT safety and sanitation guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews all pertinent information for daily activities, to include but not limited to, departures, arrivals, and stay over scheduled cleanings.

• Assists in maintaining inventory of all housekeeping supplies and laundry materials.  

• Guarantees each room meets the best quality room assurance before being placed in the system as clean and available for service.

• Conducts daily inspections of guest rooms and public area.

• Ensures proper, efficient, and timely communication within the management or all concerned departments.

• Coordinates with the Engineering Maintenance Department, when there are problems with the ACs and other equipment within the guest room.

• Ensures the cleanliness of the resort, and monitor the quality of all housekeeping vehicles and its storage area.

• Assists with Safety and Security Department in maintaining a safe work environment.

• Maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow teammates, owners and guests.

Profile Requirements:

• Must be 2-3 years supervisory work experience in the housekeeping department in a resort setting.

• Must be a College graduate

• Preferably Male candidate

• Willing to relocate in Sogod, Cebu.

• Has driver’s license

• Can work asap
