SALES COORDINATOR

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

• Proven experience as Sales Coordinator

• Advance supervisory skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clients’ Requests Processing

  • Receives requests for quotation from various business plants and clients, writes quotations for the items requested, coordinates with the Purchasing department for items with unavailable prices.

  • Ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of customers’ orders, coordinates with Warehouse and Logistics departments to expedite loading and delivery, submits purchase requests for orders not available in stocks.

  • Processes backorders and sales returns from clients, suggests and provides alternatives.

• Clients Management

  • Retains customer clients by providing excellent customer service.

  • Ensures timely processing of clients’ requests such as quotations and other queries.

  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested, Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

• Supervisory and Other Clerical Tasks

  • Coordinates corporate sales team by managing schedules, communicating relevant information.

  • Prepares and submits report on outstanding Purchase Orders from customer clients.

  • Keeps history of transactions by filing important documents.
