Is currently looking for:

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR officer, other HR position

• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

• Strong ethics and reliability

• BS/BA in business administration, BS/AB Psychology or relevant field; further training will be a plus

• Excellent communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define change management processes to improve business performance.

• Evaluate existing business systems and recommend improvements.

• Anticipate organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Assist in developing project proposals and plans based on customer requirements.

• Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Educate company staffs on new organizational processes.

• Develop job training programs and professional development programs for employees.

• Develop employee recruiting and compensation policies.

• Implement business practices and recruiting and operating policies.

• Identify job positions and ensure they are filled with right professionals.

• Build positive and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.

• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Work with management to address employee concerns and conflicts.

• Supervises and maintains staff in the department.

• Undertakes the recruitment, selection and hiring process of the organization including training and orientation of employees.

• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and develops employee growth opportunities.

• Assists department supervisors with HR issues.

• Prepares and submits required reports.
