INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing and Commerce.
With at least 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing company for Local, National and China Sourcing
Knows how to speak Mandarin is a plus
Can work under minimum supervision, honest and hard-working
With good negotiation skills in terms of price discounts and contract conditions.
Detail-oriented and accurate in recording of information
Job Description:
Coordinate orders of raw materials to respective suppliers either from Local, National or China Sourcing
Monitor Stock levels and place orders as needed
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
Negotiate price, terms and condition with vendors and suppliers to get the maximum value for the services and goods purchased.
