A provider of top-quality engineering services to its marine and industrial customers is urgently in need of:
HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT (GENERALIST) (1)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Two (2) years experience as an HR Assistant is a MUST
Highly proficient with MS Office, email, and related business and communication tools.
Result-oriented, highly organized in work and maintaining files
Knows how to compute payroll and processes
Knowledgeable in Government Statutory Benefits processing (e.g. SSS, Pag-ibig & Philhealth)
Must be honest, patient and have strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in oral and written communication
Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources
Meticulous attention to detail
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Willing to work extended hours
