Doc Daisy and her team currently caters to consultation, vaccination, pet grooming and surgery. Pets in the Veterinary City Clinic strongly advocates for responsible pet ownership. It serves to be the client’s and community’s partners in promoting responsible pet ownership by continuous learning and education, constant service improvement and sensitivity to client’s and patient’s needs.

PITC is currently looking for TWO (2) Office/HR Staff. The Office/HR Staff is expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Maintain records by updating and entering data (employee/business transactions)

  • Prepare new employee files and conduct employee onboarding orientation; focal person for new employee concerns or questions

  • Conduct benefit enrolment process

  • Maintain current HR files and databases

  • Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

  • Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions

  • Perform payroll/benefit related reconciliations

  • Perform payroll and benefits audits and recommending any corrective action

  • Encode the inventory related movements from request slip; excel; PRACTO

  • Answer phone, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing mail

  • Organize and file office documents related to inventory, purchasing and cashiering

  • Interface with clients and perform cashiering duties as part of administrative tasks, if needed

  • Other related tasks that may arise from time to time


  • Graduate of any 4-year college degree

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional ability to relate friendly with customers and visitors

  • Possess computer skills in various areas, like Microsoft Software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and email

  • Thorough, organized and detail-oriented

  • Teachable, efficient, and resilient

  • Goal driven, passionate, and possess a growth mindset 

  • Team player and flexible/adaptable when it comes to relating to different personalities/people

  • Good interpersonal skills and has professional attitude

  • Liking for pets (e.g. dogs and cats) is a plus
