We are looking for an experienced Accountant/HR Staff to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Preferably knowledgeable in PEZA Reportorial and Compliances.
Knowledgeable in accounting tasks and compilation of financial records/reports.
Knowledgeable in accounting software program to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and payment receipts.
Keeping and maintaining the book of accounts and ledgers updated.
Generating Payroll and Expenses Journal
Preparing and filing BIR compliances and filing.
Submitting and reviewing PEZA monthly reportorial/reports.
Processing government statutory benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
Compiling company’s monthly reports and summaries
Keeping track of Employee records
Oversee and keeping benefits and compensation updated in a timely manner.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Prepare budget forecast
Tracking and analyzing company’s financial transaction and compiling/ reporting financial data
Maintaining accurate financial records
A university graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field is required.
Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.
Experienced in accounting and financial processes.
Familiarity with Bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Knowledgeable in government filing and reporting benefits/compliances such as BIR, SSS, PHIC.
Experienced using spreadsheets and accounting software
