CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

As Project Engineer you would actively work with and under the supervision of Senior Operation Executive. You would play a key role in making sure that our project are continuously up to standards with your extensive experience.

The Duties and Responsibilities of this position may include:
Oversees and supervises on-site construction work and relaying instructions
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating site activities, and resolving site issues or technical problems;
Determines project schedule by coordinating equipment/materials delivery schedule and sequence of site activities;
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and timelines; assigning site personnel and supervising subcontractors.
Determines project specifications by studying system design, client requirements, and installation and functionality standards;
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and system design plans and schematics;
Reports to the construction manager as required;
Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.
Reports any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates
Prepares work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks;
Collaborates with other construction project stakeholders as required;
Ensures that construction industry safety regulations are followed;
Provide official updates/reports of the development of construction and project as whole to management with analysis and recommendation; and
Performs other tasks assigned by the superior.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)
Licensed Engineer is a plus.
3-4 years’ experience Electo-Mechanical Facilities Management.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong familiarity and working knowledge of affordable housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation
Team oriented and willing to train.
