HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Job Description:

• Manage the entire HR Operations which include the Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Placement, Employee Relation;

• Plays the vital role of supporting the Company Goals, Vision and Mission;

• Drives HR Solutions and with strict implementation of company policies, code of discipline and its ethical standards;

• Implements programs that build a strong, productive, efficient and skilled personnel;

• Bridges Management and Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues;

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course;

• Masters Degree graduate is advantage;

• With at least 5 years managerial experience in a manufacturing PEZA registered company;

• Knowledge in ISO 9001 / 14001 QMS and EMS;

• With good leadership, firm  and with strong personality

• Good in all area’s of Human Resources and Development;
