WEB DESIGNER

Headcount: 1

Career Level: Mid (3-5 years) 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement new designs

• Optimize existing user interface designs

• Test for intuitivity and experience

• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

• Create wireframes, mockups, and/or prototypes for new product ideas

• Test new ideas before implementing

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma or a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

• With at least 3-5 years of working experience in web design

• Proficient in using design tools, preferably Figma, Adobe XD and/or Sketch

• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Sketch

• Has a thorough understanding of design principles and layout strategies

• Able to create wireframes, optimizing user-flows for web and mobile experiences

• Familiar with HTML and CSS

• With strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Team player, experienced in working with agile teams

• Can collaborate closely with developers and other designers

• Amenable to work from Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
