ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for handling Aftersales day to day workshop operations, managing the manpower performance, checking on the implementation of standard operating procedures in the workshop, Parts, Technical Services to attain fast, efficient and quality workmanship of all services and prepares aftersales report weekly to the Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technical related courses
At least five (5) years experience in Managerial/Supervisory capacity in an automotive industry
Good decision-making skills to be able to consider the relative cost and benefits of potential actions to decide on the best one.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
Have excellent communication skill (both written and verbal) to effectively negotiate with suppliers and customers.
Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
Should have the ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solution.
High computer literacy, which involves being able to work with Microsoft packages.
