TRAINING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed all training goals by ensuring processes are inspected regularly
Ensure production, observation, and feedback are provided to the training team for training enhancement
Accountable for the performance of supervisors by coaching, creating, and maintaining development plans.
Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records
Accountable for the identification of the training needs of the team, for fulfilling those and ensuring a development plan is in place for a successor
Responsible for meeting client Service Level Agreements for training
Ensure that the team is sufficiently- staffed to provide a quality service for the team and client.
