SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES ENGINEER

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably 3 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Tele-sales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

  • Knowledgeable in security products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Structured Cabling, FDAS and other security products is an advantage but not necessary.

  • Must have extensive passion in sales and marketing and/or proven sales experience.

  • Has a track record of over-achieving quota.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with different/various sales techniques and pipeline management.

  • Strong time management skills

  • Has the ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

  • Has the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while also seeking for a new one

  • With drivers licensed and able to drive 4-wheel vehicle (minimum is motorcycle for branch in provinces

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing for new clients who could benefit from the company's products.

  • "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, reaching out to prospects etc.)

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients such as contractors, developers, and consultants.

  • Provide project proposals and quotations of products and services.

  • Follow through with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met until project closure
