IS LOOKING FOR an HR Supervisor

Skills:

Proven and solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment process and Labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Work also requires willingness to work on multitask, under pressure to meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish goals and objectives.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with local and national government reporting requirements. Monitoring and Compliance of all Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report to Local Government (DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, HMDF and others).
Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
