Qualifications:

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, Psychology, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.

Highly refined verbal communication skills
Handles customer complain and solve problem to the degree possible
Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
Ability in multitasking and time-management
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays,
Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage,
A neat, well-presented apperance
Willing to be assigned in Ayala Mall Cebu
