Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): Must be flexible, aggressive, hardworking, and a team player,

  • At least 3-5 years working experience in the construction industry involving the following scopes: material purchase, materials inventory management & control, personnel management

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Must have an existing network of suppliers and contractors

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling and managing concerns of third party suppliers and contractors
