Job Description

As an Executive Recruiter, you work closely with key stakeholders, focusing on leadership hiring and corporate roles. Being the primary point of contact for corporate recruitment, you manage the end-to-end recruitment process for these requisitions, from creating the job description to interviews to onboarding.

You work with other recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes, expertly leading the search process and building a network in the external talent market. You also collaborate with the Marketing team and Executives to develop our employer brand in the Philippines.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process of leadership and corporate hiring.
Create effective job descriptions and manage job posting sites (local and online)
Coordinate with department heads and executives to determine current and future hiring needs and appropriate recruitment strategy
Develop job market expertise and lead efforts in industry mapping/candidate engagement for strategic hires
Deliver excellent applicant experience at every stage of the recruitment process
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance and develop our employer brand in the Philippines

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 2-3 Years of experience in corporate and/or executive recruitment
Willing and able to work mid-shift
