QA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for setting up a team, and all quality assurance processes around the SDLC.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed software quality reports.
You will be responsible for aligning with your stakeholders on the defect priority and severity.
You will be responsible for the releases sign-off and QA processes around each release.
You will be responsible to drive RCAs for production leakages.
Closely collaborate with all other team members (scrum master, developer, business and project stakeholders)
Being positive and solution-oriented towards team members and stakeholders
Exercise critical, quality-oriented, and skeptical thinking about the product solution
Participates in the daily stand-up meeting, presents testing progress and challenges
Actively acquire information from stakeholders rather than relying entirely on written specifications
Constantly look at ways to improve processes and deliverables
Plan and organize their own work
Ensures effective issue escalation when there is a significant threat to delivery
What we look for:
Working Experience:
Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle and Methodology
Well-versed in all QA activities - Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Test Reporting, Test Closure, and Test Monitoring
2-3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
3+ years as a QA Manager or Team Leader
Experience setting up process, team, dashboards, and accountability for QA metrics ○ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Doer attitude is a must
