IT Supervisor

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an IT Supervisor!

General Description: An IT Supervisor is responsible for training and managing new hires so they will be able to learn along the lines of technical service issues. They should be able to supervise an IT Team so they can maintain, update and install computer systems efficiently.

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 AM - 6 PM PHT; Office-based Setup

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Train direct reports

• Ensures attendance of employees

• Oversees onsite IT team

• Manage IT equipment and inventory

• Participates in all IT related inquiries

• Works with local HR and Admin team and collaborate on IT-related inquiries

• Participate in Operations meetings

Requirements:

• Preferably a graduate of IT related courses: IT, CompSci, Computer Eng'g graduates, ECE, IE

• 2 - 3 Years of IT Experience

• Experience is BPO industry is a great advantage especially if having experience working in technical support field

• Good training skills

• Must be knowledgeable to Windows OS and Servers

• Flexible on switching working hours

• Knowledge in Excel

• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

• Knows how to manage IT Equipment and Asset Management

• Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park

• Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 30,000 - 40,000

• New hire bonus of 5,000
