Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to obtain complete requirements submitted by agents in order to process registration

  • Register screened agents for account creation and application via goplayasia apps

  • Assist other concerns coming from agents and forward them to Help Desk Officer to further resolve them

  • Perform other tasks related to the job assigned by the management

  • Monitor and update manpower and records under business center and keep a record of active accounts

  • Monitor and update daily gross income under designated business center


  • Bachelor’s Degree or any course relevant to the job

  • Basic accounting and reporting skills

  • Keen to details

  • Computer literate, basic microsoft skills (word, excel, powerpoint)

  • Good communication skills

  • 201 Profile (Provided by the management)

  • Valid government issued ID

  • Photocopy of Police and NBI Clearance not more than 6 months validity
