For immediate hiring:
  • Responsible for queries and the reservation and  as to transportation arrangements either by Client or Broker;
  • Handles all reservations and correspondence accurately and neatly
  • Compute Client’s equity and loanable amount;
  • Inform Clients on the Company’s policy on equity payments, documents compliance, processing of loan application, when to occupy and etc.
  • Follow up Client’s documents and Postdated Checks
  • Cancel reservation if non compliance of documents and non submission of PDCs
  • Knows how to handle complaints efficiently and ask for assistance when needed;
  • Assumes other responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management (multi-tasking).
  • With pleasing, outgoing, positive personality
  • Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • Competent, honest, hardworking and eager to learn
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
