CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for queries and the reservation and as to transportation arrangements either by Client or Broker;
- Handles all reservations and correspondence accurately and neatly
- Compute Client’s equity and loanable amount;
- Inform Clients on the Company’s policy on equity payments, documents compliance, processing of loan application, when to occupy and etc.
- Follow up Client’s documents and Postdated Checks
- Cancel reservation if non compliance of documents and non submission of PDCs
- Knows how to handle complaints efficiently and ask for assistance when needed;
- Assumes other responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management (multi-tasking).
Qualifications:
- With pleasing, outgoing, positive personality
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- Competent, honest, hardworking and eager to learn
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
