PROJECT / OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

The project manager is responsible for mapping out the process it will take to bring the project to completion, detailing the necessary resources, sourcing who and what is needed, and ensuring all goes according to plan. He/she is accountable for successful project execution and will collaborate with members of several operational teams and account management to ensure that the project objectives are fully understood by the team and are successfully delivered.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Facilitate the development of Operations and Workforce Supervisor performance through regular, real-time, individual coaching sessions.

  • Manage schedules, capacity plans, productivity and collaborate with Operations Supervisors, Workforce Supervisors, Training, and other departments to meet volume and client staffing requirements

  • Communicates with client, respond to client correspondence, escalations, and participate in client meetings to report accomplishments, review site and operational metric performance, provide site forecasts and updates, and discuss initiatives for performance improvement.

  • Effectively manage site by reviewing real-time reports communicating recommendations to the Program Director, and collaborating with Operations, Workforce and other departments to implement action plans and projects to meet client requirements

  • Effectively and timely communicates with client, respond to client’s concerns, and participate in client meetings to report accomplishments, review site and operational metric performance, provide site forecasts and updates, and discuss initiatives for performance improvement.

  • Regularly review, analyze and submit reports on LOB/site performance to update processes, formulate or implement action plans to meet volume and staffing requirements.

  • Uphold client policies to ensure that the client’s business and its customers are protected.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field

  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience as a Manager in a call center/BPO industry specializing in operation performance and reporting

  • Exceptional background in workforce, client and performance management

  • Strong leadership skills and flexible to perform a wide range of duties

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
