Job Summary:

 

This position is responsible for Prospecting, Qualifying, Closing New Businesses and Account Management. The principal focus of this position is to develop customer relationships and secure new business opportunities through outbound phone calls and emails. The position will call businesses in the Northern Americas that ship international and offer our discounted Courier Rates.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact businesses by telephone to promote products and/or services

  • Prospect Potential Customers. Primarily Businesses that ships International (Import/Export)

  • Develop New Business Leads through outbound Sales Calls (Lead Generation/Business Development + Sales)

  • Explain the product or service to potential customers

  • Add value to the client experience. Taking the initiative to think outside the box while performing the task at hand.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Outbound Sales Experience in BPO or service companies of at least 2 years or more.

  • Experience with the Logistics, Express Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry a plus but not a requirement.

  • Solid experience in securing new business and building B2B relationships with clients.

  • Experience in US market an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, Energetic, Problem Solving Skills and a Strong Sense of Urgency and Initiative.

  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communications Skills. 

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office

  • Excellent professional work standard

  • Punctual

  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Able to work on a Flexi-Place schedule

  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 mbps bandwidth

  • Must have backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
