With Philkonst Global Corporation current and upcoming projects, we need ARCHITECT.

 

Job Description:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Architecture

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License in Architecture

  • At least 2 years of working experience 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Must be dedicated to work, competitive, and a good team player

Duties:

  • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion

  • Developing and presenting project proposal

  • Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations

  • Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications , and construction documents

  • Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals

Salary Range (17,000 - 20,000)  With Benefits
Rest Day Schedule (Sun)

Time of Work (8 am to 5:30 pm)
