Visual Merchandiser

 

Job Description:

  • Define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy for all retail stores.

  • Create store design based on the principal’s brand imaging and design

  • Research lifestyle, demographic, and design trends that are appealing to the market

  • Sourcing props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.

  • Finalize designs and create floor plans for display areas.

  • Work and collaborate with suppliers

  • Design marketing strategies to announce promotions, sales, and upcoming special events within the store.

  • Monitor cost, production, and propose a budget for each design change

  • Ensures uniformity of displays across multiple store locations

  • Perform any related task that may be assigned from time to time

Education and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or any related course

  • With at least 2 years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser

  • Knowledgeable of editors like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, SketchUp, and others

  • Organized, efficient, reliable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player, honest, creative, and can adapt to change easily
