SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER The Senior Branch Manager takes charge of the over-all status and standards followed by the Salon de Rose branches assigned to him/her. The Senior Branch Manager is also a key partner of the Chief Operations Officer/ General Manager in the monitoring of sales targets, salon management, inventory management and people management. 

Personal Qualities:
  • Knowledge of process compliance monitoring
  • Good MS office skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people across the organisation and externally, including contractors
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a variety of tasks with conflicting demands in order to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
Educational Background:
  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any 4 year course
Work Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years experience working as Branch Manager in any service oriented company
  • At least 2-3 years experience in office management and facilities monitoring
